About
Anxiety leaves us feeling on edge, over-controlled, and disconnected from our true selves. You’re someone who tries every stress relief technique in the book, but still finds yourself worried, feeling exhausted and empty at the end of each day. Constantly filling up other people’s cups– at work, in relationships, with family and friends, but who is filling up your cup? You’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to lessen the emotional burden. You’re ready to set boundaries and keep them. Most of all, you’re ready to break the patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I want to help you get there.
I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and low self-esteem. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understands how their past experiences are influencing the way they are today. Therapy should be a place without judgment where you feel both safe and challenged, and we will move at your pace.
Your life experience is unique, therefore your healing process will be unique, too. You don’t have to continue swirling in the cycle of negative self-talk, and you definitely don’t have to do it alone. Feel free to reach me by email, phone, or the Carlisle Collective website- whichever way is most comfortable to you. A life with less worry is possible.
